Join us for a session of Energy Medicine Yoga on transforming anxiety into joy with Lianne Campbell.
Anxiety and joy are both high energy emotions that are at two sides of the same scale. When this energy of anxiety is grounded and in balance it gives us access to a deep and grounded sense of joy and contentment. In this session we work with the somatic practice energy medicine yoga which speaks to the energetic and physical body, helping you to transform feelings of anxiety.
These emotions are also related to the element of fire (and air in the wheel of the zodiac) and this practice is a great way to ground and cool the fast, hot and erratic energy of these elements.
