We will touch on the first three centres, from Root to Solar Plexus. 

As a follow on from this workshop, we will spend a week on each chakra in our A Handpicked Life membership classes. Diving deeper, tapping into and clearing these centres with journalling and somatic practices. Further supporting you in building a strong foundation for your wellbeing and living a life you love.
