About Your Workshop Host 

Soul & Somatic Guide Sarah Kleiner. Sarah is the best-selling author of Soul Nudge, and is known for helping women build a connection with their soul and find their own unique medicine. Clients often come to Sarah with a history of anxiety, people-pleasing, and feeling overwhelmed as a deeply sensitive empath, while also acknowledging that little voice in the back of their head that truly wants to make an impact in the world.

She teaches foundational healing tools, using nervous system nourishment to help the body feel safe, grounded, and connected, and soul work for deep guidance on each individual's next steps. Her work is guided by training in coaching, somatic healing, shamanic journeying, Earth connection practices, herbalism, Reiki, and soul work.
