About Lianne

I am a life coach and somatic guide dedicated to helping clients recognise and re-condition patterns that hinder their growth and capacity for joy, and fulfilment. With over three decades of experience as a coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, and course leader, my approach blends life coaching with a diverse array of somatic, neural reprogramming and embodiment practices. Including yoga, energy medicine, movement, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

About Aoife

Aoife is a Sound Therapy Practitioner (BAST) and a Sacred Drumming Practitioner (COSH). She is also a Body Code and Emotion Code Practitioner and offers online sessions internationally. Aoife was trained as a tutor in Sacred Drumming by Steven and Renata Ash and now facilitates Drum Birthings and Drum Circles. She now teaches the “Sound Healing with the Drum” Practitioner Course for the College of Sound Healing. Course starting in June 2024 in Laughton Lodge, East Sussex. Drum Circles on the third Thursday of every month in Stanmer Park, Woodland Gardens.
