The season of transformation is upon us bringing with it the energtic support for us to get clear, let go and transform. Join us at the time of the equinox in our workshop The Cycle of Transformation as we explore a balanced and sustainable approach to letting go and creating profound and lasting change from the roots up.

95% of our actions, thoughts and behaviours come from our subconscious mind. Therefore consciously willing a new way of being into our reality can often set us up for failure. Your body and your energy system are a gateway into your subconscious. In this workshop you will learn how to work with the body somatically partnered with life coaching practices so you can bypass the mind and create profound and lasting change from the roots up! 

In this 1 hour 30 minute immersive session you will have an experience of our unique blend of life coaching and somatic practices and:

• Understand why we often find it so hard to see new intentions through
• Learn and experience a balanced model for sustainable change that you can apply to any situation/habit/belief
• Learn and experience powerful somatic practices which allow you to bypass the mind, reprogram your subconscious and create new habits/ beliefs/ behaviors that serve you

For the session, ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space and please bring with you a pen, a few scrap pieces of paper and your journal.
