•  Vocal toning for health and balance. Sonic vitamins and finding your Soul Note Frequency for optimal health.
• Technique for playing singing bowls with sensitivity.

Followed by a 40 minute Sound bath with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Voicework, Crystal Bowls and more. If you have a Tibetan (Himalayan) Singing Bowl that you would like to practise then you can have that nearby. Please use headphones or a bluetooth speaker to be able to hear the wide range of frequencies transmitted. We advise you have a quiet comfortable space and a blanket where you can lie down and receive the sounds undisturbed.

About Your Workshop Host

Aoife Brown, an experienced energy medicine practitioner and visionary artist had a calling to work with sound, colour and light to help people become whole since young adulthood. With practitioner qualifications in Sound Therapy and Sacred Drumming, she loves to use ancient and modern techniques to balance and harmonise the energy field.

She is also a Body Code and Emotion Code practitioner working with clients from around the world. These modalities are amazing transformational tools that can really turn your life around. By clearing trapped emotions, heart-walls and many other kinds of inherited ancestral imbalances, the sessions free you up to shine your light, give and receive love deeply and reduce pain and suffering.

With community connections a high priority, her work is ever-evolving along with the energies of the planet. She is constantly birthing new work and creating alchemy for the highest good of all,  most recently channelling a new modality using Atlantean symbols and tones.
