Daily prompts to help you reflect, build your conscious awareness and set clear, intentional actions:



Reflection on the Last 24 Hours

  • What didn’t go so well?  

  • How might you have supported yourself more skilfully or approached things differently?

  • What went well, and how did you show up for yourself? - acknowledge everything however small

  • What brought you a sense of flow, peace, satisfaction, surprise, delight, or success? 


Setting Intentions for Today

  • What are you committing to today? What aligned action can you take to move things forward? -  Let what feels good guide you with these actions

  • What conditions can you cultivate that will help you succeed today? E.g. can you delegate, make time to pause/rest/exercise/meditate, organise meals, get up or go to bed earlier, have a cut off time for screens

  • What would bring you a sense of peace and satisfaction by the end of the day?
