Reflection on the Last 24 Hours
What didn’t go so well?
How might you have supported yourself more skilfully or approached things differently?
What went well, and how did you show up for yourself? - acknowledge everything however small
What brought you a sense of flow, peace, satisfaction, surprise, delight, or success?
Setting Intentions for Today
What are you committing to today? What aligned action can you take to move things forward? - Let what feels good guide you with these actions
What conditions can you cultivate that will help you succeed today? E.g. can you delegate, make time to pause/rest/exercise/meditate, organise meals, get up or go to bed earlier, have a cut off time for screens
What would bring you a sense of peace and satisfaction by the end of the day?
